Return/Exchange Policy

You can exchange any product(s) if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect and the defect is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

If you decide to change your mind, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Please note that the product must be unused with the label, and tags attached. Products that have been used will not be accepted as an exchange, Products that have any kind of stain or mark, body odor, or perfume scent will not be accepted.

After thoroughly examining, you will be offered an exchange with the same price value product or store credit for future purchases.

Product exchanges are not possible once your order has been confirmed.
